As
per Sharjah Municipality food safety programme two person per company shall be
trained for GHP manager and all the food handlers shall be trained for GHP
staff.
Manager, available languages: Arabic,
English, Malayalam, Hindi and Urdu.
After the successful completion of the six hour
training ( Topic cover Food safety principles ,GHP, Case studies, How to
complete the SOP : Hand washing, Operational Hygiene, Personal Hygiene ,Food
Storage, Cleaning Management, Pest control), the candidates shall appear an
examination with the Sharjah Municipality, Nasseriya, achieve minimum 14 marks
out of 20 to pass the examination. Unsuccessful candidate can attempt the
examination again without any cost. Two unsuccessful attempts need retraining.

After the successful completion of the six
hour training (Topic cover Basic Food safety principles, GHP) the candidates
can appear for a pictorial examination with the Municipality. To pass the
examination the candidates have to achieve 14 marks out of 20. Once completed
the training the candidate can attempt the examination twice. Two unsuccessful
attempts lead to retraining.
